For parents

You see everything we do.

Before you hand recruiting to anyone, you want straight answers on visibility, consent, cost, and control. Here are ours, in plain language, with nothing hidden behind a sales call.

The questions parents ask first

You control the account and read everything. These are the answers parents check before they hand recruiting to anyone.

  1. 01

Can I see everything you send and receive?

Yes, always. Your athlete’s recruiting address lives on our domain, and every message we send and every reply a coach sends back lands in one shared inbox that you and your athlete can read in full, any time. There is no separate channel we keep to ourselves.

  2. 02

How does consent work for my athlete?

We collect consent from the parent and from the athlete, separately, at signup. You approve the service and the monitored recruiting mailbox, and your athlete signs their own name to acknowledge outreach on their behalf. No outreach goes out until both consents are on file.

    Under 13

For athletes under 13, ScoutBridge follows the verifiable-parental-consent standard in the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent creates and controls the account.

  3. 03

Who actually talks to my kid?

A real person at ScoutBridge manages the outreach, and everything they write is in the shared inbox for you to read. When a coach replies, the conversation happens in that same inbox, so you always know who is talking to your athlete and what was said. You can step into any thread whenever you want.

  4. 04

What does it cost, and is there a contract?

One flat price of $99 per month, published on the website, with no multi-year contract and no up-front lump sum. It is month to month, so you are never locked into a season or a year.

  5. 05

What do you do with our data?

Your athlete’s information is used to run their recruiting outreach, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not run ads on it. Your data stays yours.

  6. 06

How do we cancel if we need to?

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or by emailing us. Your subscription stays active through the end of the month you have already paid for and does not renew after that. When it ends, we stop sending outreach on your athlete’s behalf.

Sample week

A week you can actually read

This is a sample week for one athlete, shown the way the portal shows it to you: every program contacted, what was sent, and the status of each message. Nothing is summarized or held back.

Who writes, and where replies land

One shared inbox carries the whole conversation, and a record is kept of who read it. A real person at ScoutBridge writes the outreach, and each coach reply lands in that same shared inbox, open to you and your athlete.

As the privacy policy states, staff reads of a minor’s mailbox are logged, so there is a record of who looked and when.

Questions parents ask

The answers parents reach for most before signing up.

Does my athlete need their own login?

Yes, and it is included. The parent creates and controls the account, and the athlete gets their own login to see their dashboard and inbox and to keep their profile current. Both of you see the same recruiting inbox.

Will you contact coaches without telling us?

No outreach is sent until parent and athlete consent are both on file, and every message we send appears in the portal for you to read. You can add programs you want contacted or ask us to hold back on any of them.

What if we want to reply to a coach ourselves?

The mailbox belongs to your family, so you and your athlete can reply directly in any thread. We keep managing the rest of the outreach and follow-ups around whatever you handle yourselves.
