The subscription is billed monthly to the payment method on file, starting at signup and then on the same date each month until you cancel. When you cancel, it stays active through the month you have already paid for and does not renew after that.

How billing and cancellation work, answered in plain language.
When am I billed?
The subscription is billed monthly to the payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe, starting when you complete signup and then on the same date each month until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. There is no season or year to lock into.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the service is month to month and you can cancel at any time, we generally do not provide partial refunds for a month already begun. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
What happens if the price changes?
If we change the published price, we give existing families reasonable advance notice before it applies to their subscription, and the price in effect when you were billed governs that month.
